Lawyers and Law.
This is my View on Lawyers
and Law.
Lawyers are the leeches of
society. I have met very few lawyers that actually care about who they help. Most lawyers I have met, there priority
is to make money on the poor soles that are in need of legal assitance. The court systems have been written and modified by
lawyers so that only lawyers can understand them. The average Joe, American has great difficulty in understanding what
some legal document says or mean. Therefore if you come accross any legal matter like a divorce, child custody, or any other
family law matter, you will have to hire a lawyer. They charge you $125 plus per hour from what I have seen. There arent
that many average Americans that make that much per hour. So not only do you get the blood sucked out of you by your ex, but
also by your lawyer. The worst part is that the government allows this to happen.
Let's look at what lawyers have done,
Lawyers have made it so businesses have to carry exspensive insurance
because if someone scratches themselves on something in your store they can sue you. Then when your insurance company settles
your business suffers because your insurance rates go up. The Lawyer is happy because he recieved 1/3 of that settlement
if not more. This happens in auto accidents, slipping on ice on the sidewalk in front of your store if you trip on an uneven
block in the sidewalk and many more things. Insurance should be used to cover the medical exspenses and loss of work. Lawyers
have made the insurance industry there personal banking system. When it comes down to it, every American has
insurance and we get the blood sucked from us when our rates go up because of lawyers.
As you can tell I dont like lawyers. I have met many a lawyer
and they all respond as if they are above you and above the law. The only time I have seen a lawyer respectful to anyone is
when they are going to get money from them.
